Its on the end of Rawche, near hardrock cafe at the top of the building.
Went in today and stayed for around 30 mins, we sat outside and the view was pretty nice :).
The wind of the sea, the lights, the dark water pretty nice mood.
But because we went pretty early (8 ish) I cannot judge how fun it is (also its a sunday).
One good thing about it :P my Single malt was for 15,000LL usually 25,000 (I don't know if it was happy hour) oh well I have to go there again to check it out properly :).

I think its the name, no sure thought :P. I neve read is name for some reason.
This pub is big by lebanese standard, dark wooden tables, chairs, stools and bar (just the way I like). plenty of space for people to sit together ( a really long bar). And most importantly Beer, plenty of of beer. Not just the usual suspects (Almaza, Heineken, Corona) that 99% of pubs in lebanon offer. But they actually have Murphy's (which I adore) and Guiness. Hourray. It has a nice mood but too crowded on weekends so avoid it then at any cost. its food is pretty good too :).

Love the place, specially in summer.It's a pub/restaurant, near social club in gymayzeh.In summer they put tables outside between some nice smelly plants (jasmines and whatnot), I never tasted the food because we usually go sit in the pub, which is above the restaurant in a big Steel cylinder that opens completely and shows you downtown in front of you and gymayzeh under you, not a very nice view but relaxing.
Their barternders are very good, they know how to mix drinks properly.The drinks prices are fair, the female DJ there is very good (better than most males DJs in lebanon).I love the chips sticks that they offer with the drinks. Go there a bit earlieh because it tends to be full on weekends.

its in gymayzeh too, next to central pub/restaurent.
I like it, my ex used to love it. It's a big place with a pool table , relaxing couches, nice drinks, nice waiters and waitresses. Everything is Almost perfect there.
The bad thing? don't go there during the weekend, its too crowded.Its crowded enough that they start taking reservations.
The best thing about it? the ventilation.It's the first place in lebanon that has a good ventilation (except BO18 and Central which are in a different category), imagine I was there for hours and I wasn't annoyed by smoke, AND my clothes didn't smell :).
Oh and the women there are hot :P.

Spoon
Spoon is in gymayzeh, right next to the parking that everyone uses (lazy lebs don't wanna walk much :P).Me and my friend wanted a drink on a wednesday and we entered since there weren't alot of people (it was like 11:30 pm), I ordered a Martini Russo and he Ordered a Mexican Beer, Plus I wanted to eat so I ordered a swiss and mushrooms Burger.
The place looks nice, I love dark wood . The music was pretty nice too, good pub music that you can listen to and talk at the same time.
The problem? its where we were sitting, we were hidden behind the counter (design flaw) and the waiters wouldn't see us, so we waited alot to get anything.
The drinks were ok, since there wasn't any kind of mixing. One mistake in the martini they put a piece of Lemon instead of Orange.
Now the best thing ever was the Burger, it was the best swiss and mushroom burger I ever had anywhere. YUMMY.
so all in all it was ok, just don't sit in the corner behind the counter :P.

Located in downtown, at the roof of budha bar's building; open balcony, lovely atmosphere, great lighting, soft music during week days, trance and clubbing music during weekends: Its my favorite nightclub.
Average age in Asia is a bit older than other nightclub, most people are above 23 or 24, which is pretty good for me, I really don't like to bump into 17/18 year old drunken kids while I am having an interesting conversation.
May is the best time for Asia, not alot of people started going there yet (most are wrapped up with finals at their universities), and the weather at night is cool, wind from the sea will make you feel a bit lazy and relaxed, perfect if you are with a nice (intimate) person beside you.
The waiters/waitresses are pretty friendly there, same goes for the people.For single guys, its a lovely place, women in there are lovely (old enough to talk to with a classy hot style).
So if you want to relax go there during the week, if you want to dance and see wild people dancing till dawn go on weekends starting end of may, you will love it.
